• FRESHERS: Your login information is on page two of your offer letter.
• RETURNING STUDENTS: Your username is your matriculation number.
• Default password for returning students: Either the password sent to your email, or you can visit the ICT Center to obtain it.
• On first login, you will be forced to change your password.
• Password must be at least 8 characters, including a number and a special character.

🕒 Portal Availability

• 24/7 access – but scheduled maintenance every Sunday 2:00 AM – 4:00 AM.
• Peak hours (9am–12pm) may experience slower response; please be patient.
• Always log out after use, especially on shared devices.
