You will be directed to the login page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Returning Students:<\/strong>Enter your\u00a0<strong>Matriculation Number<\/strong>\u00a0as your username and the password you obtained from your email or the ICT Center.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Freshers:<\/strong>Enter the username and password found on page two of your offer letter.<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Sign In&#8221;<\/strong>button to access your student dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Access the Fees Section<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Once logged in, look at the list of available options on your dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Find and click on the\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Fees&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You will be directed to the fees page. This page displays all compulsory and optional fee items, along with the total amount payable for the session.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Step 3: Make Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Review the list of fees. Select any\u00a0<strong>optional fee items<\/strong>you wish to pay for.<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Proceed to Full Payment&#8221;<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For Part Payment:<\/strong>the school allows part payment, you can click\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Make Part Payment&#8221;<\/strong> A pop-up window will appear for you to enter the minimum amount you wish to pay at that time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You will be redirected to the\u00a0<strong>Paylog checkout page<\/strong>. Confirm that the total amount is correct.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Pay Now&#8221;<\/strong>to proceed and complete the transaction using your preferred payment method.<\/li>\n<li><strong> POST-PAYMENT &amp; RECEIPT PRINTING<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After your payment is successfully processed, you must print your payment receipt as proof of payment.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>After a successful transaction, you will be automatically redirected back to the registration page.<\/li>\n<li>Print the receipt and go to the Bursary for verification and stamping(Full Time) and to the account section continuing education (Part Time)<\/li>\n<li>Click on the\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Fees&#8221;<\/strong>option again. A pop-up window will appear.<\/li>\n<li>From the pop-up, you have two options:\n<ul>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Download&#8221;<\/strong>to save a copy of your payment receipt to your device.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Print Payment Receipt&#8221;<\/strong>to send it directly to a printer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> IMPORTANT NOTES &amp; TECHNICAL SUPPORT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Portal Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The portal is accessible\u00a0<strong>24\/7<\/strong>, except during scheduled maintenance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintenance Window:<\/strong>Every Sunday from\u00a0<strong>2:00 AM to 4:00 AM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Peak Hours:<\/strong>The portal may experience slower response times during peak hours (9:00 AM &#8211; 12:00 PM).
