This guide covers the entire admission process, from the initial online application to your final registration. Please select a tab to view the steps for each stage.

Online Application Process

1 Visit the official application portal via the **Apply Now** button above.
2 Click on “Apply Now”, and you will be redirected to the registration portal.
3 Select the appropriate application from the list (e.g., Full-time National Diploma 2025/2026).
4 Select your desired program.
5 Complete the registration form and submit.
! Note: You must use an active and valid email address during registration. All official communication will be sent there.

Accepting Your Admission

1 An email with your admission letter as an attachment will be sent to your registered email address if successful.
2 From the portal, you will be able to proceed with the acceptance fee payment online.
3 Download your Admission Letter and Acceptance Fee Receipt after successful payment.

Physical Documentation & Verification

Visit the appropriate office for physical documentation and certificate verification:
- Full-Time Students: ADMISSION OFFICE
- Part-Time Students: CONTINUING EDUCATION OFFICE (CEC)

The following documents are to be provided (bring originals):
- Original copy of Birth Certificate
- Original copy of O-Level Result
- Original copy of the Payment Receipt for the Acceptance Fee

Final Online Registration

1 After successful physical verification, proceed with the final Online Registration steps on the portal.

- School/Departmental Registration
- School Fees Payment
- Course Registration
- …and any other required steps.
3 Congratulations! You are now officially a student.
